I have never seen actual intellectual and intelligent rapper in my life who can talk about science, tech or any useful field to the society.

There are plenty of smart people that can rap, but that's not the image the industry wants to sell. The industry has gone through phases of selling drugs and murder to selling retardation and then on to selling satanism and homosexuality via the platform of rap music. When you actually write good music, you can't get a record deal. You have to become an independent artist. Today with YouTube I suppose that's easier to do and make a living by giving away free music in order to sell merchandise like t-shirts, but at this point the consumer base has been programmed to purchases the dumb shit possible through conditioning.
