What do you enjoy most about working in a different country?

I've spent much of my career working on projects in several foreign countries. It's great to meet the local people, learn a bit about their language and culture. And share what we have in common. It's also nice to do some sightseeing and see things that are hundreds of years older than anything we have in the US.

Most people I've met struggle with the same things I do. Family. Kids. Mortgage/Rent. Taxes.

Better working conditions and wages. My wages tripled when I relocated from the United States to do the same work. Furthermore, the country is simply far superior. Who wants to live in a hellhole if it is avoidable?

I’ve never done it. I have worked on a yacht that docked in Canada for the day. I guess (maybe) that counts? XD
