If you were a teacher, what subjects would you be great at teaching?

As for me, I've been told that I would be a great teacher teaching first and second graders because I am so nurturing. So, that would cover a variety of subjects. I feel that I am pretty good at explaining things so they would probably benefit from me teaching them vs. the teachers who were my teachers at that age. I honestly didn't learn much from them.

I'm not a teacher but I am a tutor, so... I do teach students how to study, how to learn, how to read, how to write.. how to understand... how to connect dots

and yes... not surprisingly, a lot of students struggle with this, because they are not taught all these things, and most of the time, teachers don't have the time to focus on students one-on-one which is the main problem with education, today

every single kid can be unique and there are many different ways to learn and so... my job is to figure that out, and then help them out so they can do a little bit better on their own... I've been good at that, so that's what I do

I didn't know that tutors were still around since computers and cellphones have so many options to learn - like self-teaching videos.
My late boyfriend was an algebra tutor and he taught himself algebra because he had ADHD and couldn't understand what was being taught in a classroom.

actually there's a lot more, precisely because of computers and phones... now you can reach them online and keep up too

and also, yes... the idea is that eventually, they can find their own resources online and learn more of on their own

Two great subjects. Too bad they didn't offer astronomy classes when I went to school. Do they offer them now I wonder? 🤔

I wanted to be a drummer in the school's band so bad!!
But they put me in the Orchestra class for 2 semesters. I didn't get a feel for those instruments at all.

So many people have a passion for astronomy. They should have an astronomy topic on GaG just like Quora. com does.
