I've had a lot of ups and downs. Right now I'm rebuilding. Found a job at a small restaurant and my boss is a guy who is in over his head (he's the owner) he gets pissed off at everything I do. Which is frustrating because I've worked for years at all the places he wants to be like.

Eventually while he was freaking out at his staff over something small and blaming everyone I kinda told him off. He talks like I just think I know everything but I see him making a lot of the adjustments I've been advocating for. Even though I'm gonna have to find another place to stack up cash at, it's a good feeling to see him do better.

Went to my old job where I learned everything today and thanked him for everything he did for me. It wasn't till now that I understood exactly how valuable his influence was.

Nope. Some people's advice is good, others are worthless because of who it comes from. Like @Ez-Bri-Z_v2 gives good advice. But msc545 once told me it would be more humane to beat animals to death rather than shoot them. So yeah, ones advice has inherent value and the others does not.
