Real wealth is rarely made by your own work alone. An exception might be a novelist with broad appeal, but the key there is that you are creating something once that can be sold thousands, even millions of times.

The other way is via investments. Essentially, you are investing in the work of other people, risking your money on their work, their knowledge, their ideas, and their morals. The idea is that they are building value for you while you are doing other things. But that always has risks too.

For example, if you had followed me electric car development, and invested in Tesla shares at $20 a share or less, you could have been worth 20 times that amount today.

If you had invested in Nvidia 20 years ago, before crypto and Ai, you would have had very good returns as well. But you would have had to be willing to risk your money and then hold on for a decade or more. And, of course, you would have had to be living below your means in order to have money to invest in the first place. That might mean driving an old car and living in a small house even if you made enough to have better. Most people can't delay gratification and cut their spending, so they don't have much to invest.

You can't work 72 hours a day, but investments can allow you to earn multiples of what you make yourself directly - but you have to be willing to live on less than you earn. Most people get loans and credit cards and live above their means, making themselves debt slaves. Financially successful people rarely spend money on anything that won't generate income for them, at least until they have enough passive income to never need to work again.

Billionaires don't make money fast. Sure it looks like it, but there wealth comes from years of compounding interest. Billionaires make their money by starting companies that everyone thinks will flop When Jeff Bezos created Amazon in the mid 1990s, no one was buying anything online. There were no or very few ways of online payment. People probably laughed at him. Told him he was crazy. Now people think he's evil, but at least he has money.

I've read up on the life of billionaires. And you don't want to be one. They are all screwy, but that's why they made their fortunes. They did things differently then everyone else, and they got some luck. They often went through hell and back to get where they are now. You just don't see it.

Now if you want to make money the easy way just get into politics. Either be an elected official or in government management which you can get by nepotism or striking a few diversity check marks. Then just be as evil as you can In business you make money by making people happy. (Sometimes not in the best ways, but happy none the less.) in government you make money theough evil.

In order for that to happen, you would have to land within these 3 categories:

- Privilege category through family or marriage: You didn't have to do anything because you were already born within a rich family or you married a rich person.

- Building yourself up category: Either you've worked or studied very hard and at the same time it's exactly what people really need the most.

- Marketing category, creativity and talented: This is when either you're the best seller ever, are great in digital skills or invent something new that everyone wants and is in high demand.

Otherwise just continue working (or studying) and saving money like the regular, average person (middle class) most of us are.
