Success is living in alignment with your values, with enough financial stability to choose how you spend your time, and enough meaning in your work and relationships to feel your days matter.

What matters most to me, in order:
1) Inner peace and health
2) Deep relationships (family, close friends, students/clients)
3) Meaningful impact through my work
4) Freedom of time and place
5) Money as an enabler, not a scorecard
