I would say the biggest one where I work is to cover for someone if they unexpectedly need off. We all pick up shifts for others if someone needs to be off in short notice.

The second one is to return that favor at some point. There are a lot of employees so this happens often. I can't say fill in for maintenance nor could they fill in for the front desk.

But if you can do a shift for someone and they are desperate, we do it. I don't work as a server in the hotel restaurant but can fill in for a night for example.

1. Don't lie to me. I'm easier on you if you're upfront with me. If I have investigate and find out you lied, you're gone. Period.

2. Don't fuck coworkers at the main office bathroom. We can all hear you.

3. We dont hire sex offenders. If they wanna complain, let em try to sue. It won't work.

4. For fucks sake, if you're hurt, use your pto, not workmans comp. Comp only gets you 66% of your wages, PTO is full wages. If you need more time, then try and get comp then. I dont give a shit, I'll approve it anyways.
