Stars? No. I believe the nearest galaxy to our own is Andromeda, but i have no idea about its star or stars. It’s something like two million light years away, i believe. The only other stars i’m even confident that i know the names of are Polaris and Betelgeuse. I have no idea how far they are. I’m not even absolutely certain that i could find them in the night sky on demand. Ell oh ell! I know a few of the constellations by name, but the only ones i’m confident i could find would be the Big & Little Dippers, which i believe are actually smaller parts of a greater constellation named Ursa Major, the Big Bear. I couldn’t put that one together even knowing that the dippers are part of it though. Same with Orion and Cassiopia.
