Which of these galaxies photographed by the Hubble space telescope is the same one, but just be seen from a different vantage point? Hint, check out the colors.

None. You couldn't see a galaxy from another vantage point unless you could travel a million light years in a few minutes. What you see from Earth is the only view you will ever have.

The Hubble is in an Earth orbit, which means that for all intents and purposes, the pictures of a given nebula/galaxy are going to be virtually identical if shot near the same time. The time of year the photo was taken would have more of an impact of how it looks.
It would also depend on which filter (s)- if any were used for the photo. Different filters will block/permit certain wavelengths- some specific to certain elements- of light to form the image. Some galaxies look vastly different when shot filtered for helium vs, say, hydrogen.

I think that what a galaxy looks like will be the same for thousands of years. And remember, a galaxy that is a million light years away may have blown up a million years ago and we would not know until the light reached us.

You realize the wording in some Bibles. like the International version have words added so that it makes sense to more people. And a lot of Greek/Hebrew words can have more than one meaning, just as in the English. Read/Read are just different tenses of the same word.
