Did anyone else notice andromeda galaxy is moving NEARER and the problem if that is true?

Some more conflicting "science facts" that refuted each other.

"Fact a Andromeda galaxy is moving nearer our galaxy" no problem yet.

"Fact b the explanation of galaxies moving apart is because

"Fact b space time is stretched like a balloon surface inflating" but if that is true andromeda can't move nearer or it is , so space time is not like a balloon inflating.

Fact c the vast space "millions of miles " between us and the sun is not stretching each year so we know it is not inflated so that can't be the explanation for most galaxies moving apart nor is it true as above.

Did anyone else notice?
