Do you like serving, or would you rather work in a smaller kitchen?

I don’t like it. You have to carry large trays that are heavy in one hand & the kitchen is hectic, memorizing all the things customers want plus try read the ticket to make sure the food is correct and ready and walk back n forth racing to get more food and drinks again. I would like it in a smaller place with tips& no large trays or huge parties. Or simply be a back house kitchen helper preparing meals only

Some reason it’s complicated confusing for me to read orders and all that. I’m good at preparing the orders not rushing and memorizing it all onto a huge heavy tray

My job was at a beach bar, big tables were rare so the trays were manageable and if it was too much I just went twice but I was always scared to accidentally drop something.

At my job u can’t go twice. U need bring all food at once or else the people will get mad one person got food first

It’s a small fancy dining room but many arrive in big tables and u need carry large trays. Maybe I need apply to a beach bar some place smaller by the beach as It’s better I carry small trays only and do small tables
