I’ve spent 20+ years in education and career development, and I still love two things most:
1. Watching someone “click” into clarity—seeing a student or professional suddenly see their path and believe they can walk it.
2. Helping people design a life, not just land a job: aligning strengths, values, and opportunities.
What I dislike:
1. Systems that treat people like numbers—rushed processes, shallow metrics.
2. When organizations ask for “change” but resist it the moment it becomes uncomfortable.
