I'm in a training year and required feedback from colleagues, one of which wrote some really mean things and I don't know how to move forward. I'm forced to work until next July at the same place

I usually work 7am to 4.15pm which was ideal but now they are pushing 12 hour shifts and I feel like I have no time to do anything in my personal life
