I have an empty area upstairs and the downstairs in rented out. Renting is not an option at the moment and I’d like to get some extra income coming in. I was thinking of opening a business there. I have many many ideas but I’d like to come on here for opinions as well. I’d prefer to avoid any food type business, while I’d love to open a cafe, the location isn’t right. I’m mainly currently focusing on product sales. Some options I had were: boutique (a bit saturated in the area tho), party supplies store/renting party supplies , tents etc. (there’s none nearby), toy store (do kids actually buy toys in 2023 lol), jewelry store.
Google suggested these and while there good, it’s not suitable for the area. We don’t have popular content creators in the city , and most homes tend to have their own large storage areas.
