Laetitia Casta, Vanessa Paradis, Brigette Bardot are the most gorgeous.
The most gorgeous French girl of all time though is teen model Thylane Blondeau though. She's just one of the most beautiful girls period.

I would also add Melanie Bernier (age 31). She's not as famous as most of the other French actresses on this list, I think, but she's one of the cutest ones to me personally. :D

Adjani has the perfect blend of exotic (Berber father) and traditional beauty (German mother) and somehow she comes out looking quite French, but those lips aye absolutely a Berber trait.
