If that factor couldn't be ignore then those people wouldn't have obsessions with those people.
You misunderstood the point... I meant that when a person with charisma and a person without charisma stand in front of you and have a chat with you you'd choose the charismatic one 100% of the time.
Unless you're extremely susceptible to solely looks... which is mostly just very young teenagers...
