I saw the movie. It has a bit of storyline inconsistencies. Another thing that doesn't bode well for most cinema is the back and forth time jumps. It leaves room for even more inconsistencies. I don't know why the movie couldn't be in chronological order.

A Love Story gets the 💰

I know this sounds pathetic of me to say but... I miss Joker and how their personalities ricocheted off each other. I didn't expect him to be in most of the movie, but I did expect him to make an appearance at the end. It would tie into their well known habit of breaking up and making up.🤷

Black Canary

What is the point of superpowers if you barely use them? That question sits on this Black Canary's forehead the whole movie. 😂 The other characters are okay but nothing stands out enough to be truly entertaining.

Margot Robbie as Harley

I don't feel like I wasted my money, but I wouldn't watch this movie again. I was expecting a toxic love story because let's face it love stories pull more female audiences wether their toxic or not. Hallmark's sweet love movies and Lifetime's wicked love stories prove that over and over again. Harley is entertaining but her character can't be the only funny one in the movie. She needs someone to ping pong her goofiness off of. The Joker is the best choice but she does well with Poison Ivy also. 🤷 The movie could have taken a lot of pointers from the episode of Harley and Ivy in the cartoon.

They focused too much on empowering women and forgot about the more basic stuff that's why the plot has holes and some characters, like you mentioned black canary, don't really make a lot of sense..
