Roxanne from "A Goofy Movie" And jeez it'll take days to list out my favorite cartoons my absolute favorite childhood cartoons would have to be DBZ, Rugrats, KND, and Foster's home for imaginary friends. Shout out to Oban star racers too. Nobody ever remembers that show but it totally blew my mind when it came to picturing space and alien worlds. Also IGPX.
