Could any of you convert this jar file to apk?

This game is titled "Vampire Romance". It's by Gameloft. I have been looking for the apk version of this jar file for months. I downloaded an apk version which i found on a Russian site. But it was Russian and I don't know Russian at all. So could you please convert this English jar file? I beg you all. ._.

Well I tried looking for an apk file.. can't find one.. However you can still play the with jar file, it just means its JAVA based..

The provided JAR link is very clustered.
Also, I have no clue of how the game looks/plays/description.
