Should I go as a Viking shield maiden or Celtic shield maiden for the Renaissance Fair?

I have the materials for both. I just have to finish my corset.
This is a Viking shield maiden. More specifically, Lagertha. Outfit will be complete with her trademark eyeliner, braids, and the blood of her enemies.

And Celtic shield maiden. I even have my own authentically Scottish kilt to go with it. I'm going to add makeup to make my face bloodier.

Which personality mirrors your own better? Take that one. If you're just asking which I found the better looking.. that's a tough choice, because I like both celtic and norse lore/mythos.. If you go for the viking shield maiden, can you promise me that you'll bang on your shield, while yelling out "For valhalla!"? :3

Personally I like the viking better however the celtic is a little more inspirational with some alterations/modifications it could make for an epic rogue outfit.
The viking has a brutal look which suggests that shield could become a weapon at any moment.

No I like my hair the way it is. I'm planning on getting a wig and gets tip from fellow cosplay geeks so the wig can look real.

Celtic, the celts had cooler mythology than the norse by far and were even more badass

The Viking age was the 7th-11th centuries. While the Renaissance era was the 14th-17th centuries. Times don't add up for Viking.
