it totally depends on how big the hole is. if it was cover with wall paper. or paneling. if they have their own maintained man who can handle the repair or if they need to hire someone to fix it. a hole the size of 4 Sq. inches can run anywhere from 50 dollars to 200.

  lol they charge you the room rate for the days the room is getting fixed. plus repairs for that hole maybe 500 to 1000
