I guess she is at least a bit above average. She has a very nice facial traits, her face looks quite symmetrical. Seeing some photos on gloogle she has a nice smile and looks very good on photos without wearing heavy makeup.

However I guess many guys would say she's not that pretty, but I believe her hair style, dyed hair, clothing style and so it's what some guys might dislike and if Billie Eilish had her natural hair color and used girlier clothes guys would like her more. But hey, she has to do what he likes.
and I personally find cool her style.

About talent I don't know, I have only listened one song.

She probably could be. But I guess she thinks she is making a statement or something. I know folks critique women's bodies, but they are going to do that no matter what. It doesn't matter if she is wearing baggy clothes. People want to criticize celebrities. And our society is full of folks who love stomping on others to feel good about themselves.

You just have to develop a thick skin.
