- Good for her. I'm glad she found so much success. I think she's artistic and visually, I like what she does. (her look as a celebrity and her videos, the idea of animating one)
I don't like her music, I think it's just a bunch of toxicicity. I dated a girl who listened to her and every time she got so unmotivated to basically be an adult. I find her ability to make fully grown people want to just give up on shit astonishing. I also think her music is really unoriginal. But I do kinda like that she at least made it her own a little bit. The whole whispering a song thing is just old to me, didn't like it when it was popular (and done better).
That said, she's very young, she sings about stuff that is relevant to a young girl and that has strong artistic value. It's an interesting perspective that we don't usually see a lot of and I also love her whole come up story.
I'm interested to see how she evolves. Saw a couple interviews with her and she seems cool.1|10|0Is this still revelant?

- She has no appeal on any front. Billie Eilish is the opposite of talented. She doesn't sing; she just mumbles the words of her songs, which other people likely write for her now a days. Where is the talent in that? Couldn't anyone do the same thing?
And is that is appealing? She isn't particularly intelligent, as evidenced by her unbelievably stupid takes on meat-eaters, and personality-wise, she is just your run of the mill, attention craving celebrity.
My honest appraisal of her is that she is just a deplorable human being with no apparent, redeeming qualities.1|00|0Is this still revelant?I am no fan of Billie Eilish, but I will defend her a bit: She and her brother write their songs.
- Show All Show Less
That'd explain the grotesque misuse of the quote "I think, therefore I am" in her newest song. :)
"Cogito, ergo sum" is Latin.
"Je pense, jusqu'a je suis" is French.
The French erroneous, but the intent is to say the same thing: "I think, therefore I am."
This was first written by French philosopher, author, and mathematician René Descartes in 1637 in his book "Discours de la Méthode Pour bien conduire sa raison, et chercher la vérité dans les sciences" which, translated, is "Discourse on the Method of Rightly Conducting One's Reason and of Seeking Truth in the Sciences". In that work, Descartes wrote it as "Je pense, donc je suis" which is French for "I think, therefore I am."

- She has an INCREDIBLE voice. But I don't like her music. She mumbles too much and almost talks in her songs. If she was more into singing and changed her style a bit, she would be amazing. But people like what's different and edgy nowadays.1|00|0Is this still revelant?
- I remember telling @VIVANT that I didn't like her because she sounds like she's whispering all the time. That was a while ago. Since then, I've heard her sing without all the background music and she has a really good voice.2|10|0Is this still revelant?

yeah those cut off points can be a real kick in the pants sometimes with notifications. reminds me of the merchandiser work i used to do. we had 1 item come out "kifs facemask assist" well the cut off point from computer for price taga always puts it as "kids face ass".
Ohhhhh no @VIVANT!!! I'm so sorry!!! I have been meaning to tell you, "hey remember that one time I said that I didn't like Billie Eilish because she's so breathy?"
Gahhhhhhh I love VIVANT ❤❤

43114- She's different which makes her unique and I love how she's does type of people that follow their own style and seem to not care one bit about what others think about her. On top of that, I really like how she dyes her hair. She also has the most gorgeous eyes.1|00|0
- Anonymous8 dShe is amazing. Why? Because she did it all from her brothers bedroom. Her and her brother did it and their music is unique for this time period. They are doing so well because they can attract a main stream crowd but also a warp tour type kids crowd. That is why she is so big. All the kids who hate main stream can rock with her. She isn't super pretty and she doesn't seem to care. And i love that about her. She makes me believe I can accomplish my dreams too. To put it simple, she is simply Billie Eilish. A normal kid. And she isn't justin bieber or shawn mendes. She 100% earned her success the hard way. People like what they like I don't know. People need to stop hating on the new generations for not worshiping old shit2|00|0
I agree!
- I like her old music (Ocean Eyes is my favorite song of all time) but I don't like her new music. The last song of hers that I actually liked was When The Party's Over.
I hate the way she dresses... but obviously, her body her choice, she can dress whichever way she wants fuck what anyone else thinks (including me).
Although I like Billie, I do think she lacks variety2|00|0 - I appreciate her attitude and her spirit; she’s doing her thing and that’s cool. As a recording artist myself, I hate the let’s-eschew-melody trend that she epitomizes, but that may be my age coming through.1|00|0
- I find her a bit marmite
.
some days yeah great, other days it’s Meh and shove something else on.
she’s one of these you can’t really listen to a lot of in one sitting, the odd track yeah.
I do have most over stuff on my Apple Music but still marmite.1|00|0 - I love her! She can sing, she’s “weird” which is awesome. She doesn’t care about what others think, which is important when you’re a teenager and/or a celebrity.1|10|0
- Not my style of music. Media seems overly interested with her for some reason and her political viewpoints. (Which, I've never cared what "celebs" think about various topics, since it's less about what they think and more that they try to project their opinion onto others")1|10|0
- Awesome talent.
I could really do without this ignorant little girl's political advice or that she doesn't mind contributing to leftist political propaganda to little impressionable girls.
But crazy good talent... yup.1|00|0Didn't mean to rant so early.
Celebrities can do whatever they want but I feel like they're the mouthpieces for someone else's script. I trust none of them.
Just stick to being a rich entertainer please.
I'll do my fact finding elsewhere.
- Her music is overrated and she isn't very attractive. I am a musician and ice seen tons of local singers more talented. Beabadoobee is ten times better and should be bigger than she is.1|10|0
Why her looks matter? She is a ginger and she literally make songs for young girls not men why should her looks matter? She is notnn
@Yyyyu I will have to side with you on those sentiments... not sure why looks would matter for an auditory medium like music, but to be fair, attractiveness also extends far beyond looks. It’s all a matter of opinion I suppose, but how it’s voiced also matters. 🤷♂️
- Show All Show Less
@drummerdude25 agree with both you and @Yyyyu as far as looks not mattering when you’re dealing with recording artists
@drummerdude25 I just thought that it was weird since she is a singer and her target audience is women. I don't see how her looks matter.
@drummerdude25 it is different thing for example Ariana Grande her target audience is women I see many guys criticizing her looks. She is amazing singer and her target audience aka women find her very attractive why should men care about it? It worked for her one of the most popular singer right now
she isn't an arist, lets be real she is an actor who serves as a convenient face for what the industry wanted. right girl at the right time is what she is.
- I'm not really into pop, but she can carry a tune without relying on autotune like most of the other pop singers I've heard. Some pop singers sound plain bad without autotune. I'm not a fan of her look at all and that's part of the reason I never paid much attention to her: her posture and usual zombie-like expression makes her as intriguing as a piece of stale bread.1|00|0
- I like her as a person, I don't know much about her music, I do like 'Bad guy' You don't need to 'SING' sing for songs, you can whisper too, which she does which is cool. It's different. Just like Kesha's 'Talk' singing is different1|00|0
- Don't really like her. Neither music nor outward appearance. No hate tho. Glad she is living her best life.2|00|0
- She is a genuine awesome person even if u don't like her music she will go out of her way to hug and talk to fans1|10|0
- It’s she is young, but I don’t get excited by most of her music, but I do think she is talented, just not really my style of music, if I had to give an example of something that really grabs my attention, Raury’s Gods whisper, that’s a song that also has very complex modern production qualities, it’s not the same as Billie’s music but it has that same vibe of something dark and mysterious. M83 has a track called midnight city, that gets me moving too.1|10|0
- Sorry to say this, but she comes across as a train wreck.1|30|0
- I feel like she is a unique artist and with a unqine personality. She at least currently stands out in her own unqine way.1|00|0
- A bit overrated but who cares about that, she is a singer and i sometimes like her music, simple.
She achieved a lot at such young age which is woah.1|10|0 - I think her and her brother put a lot into created good music and entertainment. I find her refreshingly down to earth in an industry of fake people and personas. She is an innocent.2|10|0
- I try not to think of Billie Eilish much as she doesn't entertain me. I can appreciate that she makes 'new' and unusual music instead of recycling the same chords over and over, and that I can applaud. But not a fan of the emo stuff.2|00|0
- 1|00|0
- I think she is very talented compared to most of the other "It Girls" right now. She seems to mind her own business which I respect too.1|00|1
- I think her brother is a decent producer.
her style is decent.
I don't really know anything else about her.1|00|0 - I don’t know who she is honestly but she must has her fans like other celebrities indeed2|00|0
- Extremely talented. Love the fact she doesn't fall for the typical Hollywood bullshit by showing off her body1|00|2
- Not my style/type but that doesn't make her unattractive. She's pretty, sure. Just not the type of girl I would date.1|00|0
tbh I've never heard of her. Most of what I listen to is stuff from outside the USA and Canada
- I have no feelings towards her. I can assume stuff about her but perhaps I’d rather not do that.1|00|0
- Her music is getting out of my ears because every one around me puts it on.1|00|0
Yep.
I kind of like it. I only find it very annoying when cooperative girl uses it as ring tone and someone always calls when we are busy.
- I like her voice, very pretty also I would let her dominate me.1|00|0
- Don't like her songs but I wouldn't have disliked her if she wasn't vegan. I don't have a problem with people going vegan for health reasons but really dislike the one's that push their ethics on others. Now you know why I don't like her.1|01|0
- She looks like a child spat out a chewed Millie Cyrus doll, while eating sour patch candy.
Her music is similar.0|00|0Alright then. Her vibes are alright to me with her music. But not the stuff I go for. She hot af tho can't deny that can you?
- I dont find anything special about her music. However she's hot and unique and I'd want to be her lol.1|00|0
- I think she's broken from Inside, I like her few songs like bad guy, strange addiction, skin and bone song from 13 reasons why.1|00|0
- Anonymous10 dThe reason why all teen girls think they are depressed2|10|0
- Opinion Owner10 d
i was too. I didn't mean it that way. You can go google. There're many memes on it. When we see her, we think "Damn she's a broken soul completely. But ik for a fact actual very much depressed people do not act broken all the time. Most of them have a mask on.
Many teens these days see her and they're like being depressed=cool and trendy
I don't know if you understand me I do understand you. I wore (and still wear) a bright cheerful mask. But at the same time a lot of depressed girls (again including me) can empathize with Billie.
- Show All Show Less
- Opinion Owner10 d
Well i respect that if you actually actually empathize with her. I have been part of a depression support group and i have seen way way worse cases. I am just saying it's a little bit unfair when serious and urgent cases aren't given immediate attention while people run behind all that teen drama. Yes i do know everyone's fight is different just saying that many many girls saying it for no reason just normalises depression yk. Like it's something common
thats an unfortunate bad side of her coming out as bipolar and trying to be a symbol of still living while dealing with all that entails. saddly people take that as "its cool to be depressed etc" instead of the real and intended message. i would not even know that if not for an interview she did on ellen a few years back explaining all that. had never even seen her till then either, just one or 2 songs on radio i found pretty good and hearing her name said about said songs. as a guy who has had depression (always kinda hover in this area) and bipolar episodes, i was happy for a sort of champion for the cause, but unfortunately with her fame comes dumbasses confusing the message just as other famous folks' messages get muddled by fans and pseudo-fans.
i agree opinion owner but she still tries to push past that and give her message and some still get it. i stated it all though so that people start noticing even in something as simple as trying to cast light on the need for help with bipolar and depression issues, there is always a downside too. one of the curses of being a celebrity.
- I'm surprised she on the thicker side
Interesting1|00|0 - I can't stand her on a personal level and on a musical level. I am not a fan of her whisper talking lyrics. I think she will not last more than 5 years before she fades in the wood work.1|00|0
- She's pretty cool. She does what she wants and it makes her happy. I don't personally have to like her (but I do) but I can agree she is a confident and pretty genuine person. She doesn't care about others opinions much and when she does it's usually from people from her bubble which is understandable.1|00|0
- I don't like her, one of my friend's is a big fan of her.1|00|0
- Show All Show Less
- She's a mental case who writes lame kiddy songs with some adult content. She has a cool voice though.1|30|0
- I think she’s overrated. Dgmw, I think she’s good, but arms full of Grammy’s good? Nah!1|30|0
- Dumb thot, could've liked her if she had better music but only kids like her because they all wanna pretend to be depressed these days about the tiniest of things.1|10|0
She’s not dumb or a thot and her music is good. The rest... maybe. Jury’s still out on that one lol.
- Show All Show Less
well I said dumb because there's nothing impressive with her work, thot because she likes to reveal her tits a lot even when she was underage all her snaps and stories included sexual stuff and I don't understand how someone can enjoy listening to depressed whispers, crying and moaning and call it good music but then again she has a huge following from likes like her
expressing their sexuality? that's not how you do it and I am aware a lot of girls do this, and tbh that's the reason I hate social media nowadays girls as young as 11 know all sexual stuff and want to share their tits online I have seen a lot of those "still developing" tits
I agree. 11 is too young. But Billie Eilish is definitely not 11 anymore. And it’s not fair to judge her for stuff she might’ve done in an experimental phase. She should be judged for her music.
no im talking about her pre 18 stage or maybe you don't know about it, now it's alright because she's an adult now but showing tits to the whole world before you're 18 is just disgusting, im also judging her for her music too it's so incoherent and depressing it ruins my mood everytime.
That is not true! Yes 11 is too young but 16 or 17 you shouldn’t be shamed for it (for that matter even at 11 you shouldn’t be shamed for it just gently discouraged from doing that till you’re older). And I like her music. It’s deep and passionate and expressive.
Anywaywhy shouldn't girls be shamed for exposing their bodies at a young age? I wish I could change the system because men will be called rapists or pedos for addressing it even my 13 year old sister likes to wear sports bras to school or sometimes she wouldn't even wear one and put on a flimsy top on and has huge tits for her age, she told me that boys look at her more when she does this and I just can't stand it because I am called a pedo for getting a boner looking at that.
I see
Don’t be ashamed it’s natural to get hard when you’re looking at a girl’s boobs but at the same time she is your sister you should try not to look at her too much when she’s dressed that waybut I can't control it tho to my dick boobs are boobs doesn't matter who they are on plus its more difficult to play around with her because she is fun person who wants her big brother to play with her but because of how she dresses I can't do much. I also hate this new thing women like that is "free the nipples" so going to beach is always an awkward trip.
I’m sure wrestling with your sister can get kind of awkward if her boobs are showing
It’s okay if you get horny during the day and need to masturbatethat's the thing I think she knows about the situation that's why teases me by showing her nipples and whatnot but my mother hates it because she knows what's going on
Yeah girls do tend to tease guys at that age. It’s fun for us. And fun for the guy too.
I do enjoy looking at her nipples and sometimes I even pull down her top "accidently" she doesn't like that very much but it just feels weird when I can only think of my sister while I jerk off, maybe I should show her my dick too and think what she says
Don’t pull her top down don’t show her your dick. If you need to jerk off cause she teases you that’s fine.
but I like seeing her tits now, she only shows it to me when she's horny so why can't I do it to her when im horny
Because she might not want that. Just enjoy the show when she is horny and don’t touch unless you’re sure she wants that (which tbh she probably doesn’t).
She does like being touched when she is horny, she starts to rub her body against mine once she was so horny she sat on my lap and played her nintendo and she kept grinding on my lap and knee and moaned softly when she left she left a huge wet stain on my pants but tbh I feel sad for her because she found out about sex in early age but has no one to do it with her, that's probably why she likes to tease boys in her class
She is having time of her life but it always a problem for me because now I have all these nasty feelings for my sister
If you genuinely don't like it, you should stop her from teasing you. This sounds weird
@Tstrbrainer yes I dont like it but I feel bad for her, for not having a boyfriend to do it with her so I help her out with her needs.
Teasing is normal and natural especially at that age. But this is getting way off topic and I have to go anyway.
It's not a brother's duty.
And it's better if she uses some toys or at the most do it with someone her age.
I disagree with the "dumb thot" part, but a lot of kids pretend to be depressed.
- If it's her on the picture, distaste, I doubt I want to have anything to do with her.0|00|0

a small part of my mind finds her attractive but thats partly just because of my age prefference and her being in that age range. she's not ugly but i fear it would not work out either due to her having a few quirks from her mental health that would cause too much friction. so i leave it as mild attraction and go on about life.

nice. working on getting a partially new driveway lately. neighbor building a house and his property is right against mine (odd angled property) so he has to be on part of my property all the time. he asked about sharing my driveway so as a part of that he is doing some improvements to mine too.
i we both own our respective properties. its a verbal agreement (yes i know the issues that can come up off that) that i allow him some usage of mine so long as he helps out maintaining it too.
i know what an easement is. i was explaining how we are bypassing a paper agreenent about it
That could cause problems in the future. You should talk to a lawyer in your home state.

Like Billie Eilish all you want. There's nothing wrong with that. I am just giving you a heads up: Her career will not last. The history of the recording industry for youth has oceans of throwaway here-today, gone-tomorrow artists. Few artists survive for long unless they have steady decent and frequent production and can adjust with the times. The powers that be in the recording industry are unforgiving because they know two things:
1) Teens and 20-somethings get older and get real lives so their spending on music goes down because they need to "adult" now.
2) There's always new teenagers who:
A) will replace the music buyers who "aged out" of the market.
B) will become fodder as moldable and marketable artist "commodities" which can easily be sold to the teenage consumers who are not very discriminating.
- She is very talented.
Good singer but still a teenager with naive views.1|00|0 - Show More (97)
