Do you find it kind of... odd how Eminem or Marshall Mathers seems to hardly age?

So I have been on a bit of a Eminem binge watch again, I really like his music, but from so many songs and then interviews, there was one stating his age and he looks the same as some of his earliest songs.

He changes a little as a really young person but at that he looks the same all the way, I honestly could not tell he was in his 40s unless I was told.

If the bearded Eminem shaved his face then he would look exactly the same as his young self, it would be impossible to notice a difference!
