I always despised the close to invincible heroes. They make the storyline clunky.
A vulnerable, smart hero such as Batman or Spiderman, or Blackwidow are much more interesting. The Punisher is my all time favourite.

Considering wonder women is the most boring character ever made with very rubbish villains. Captain marvel kinda has to win due to the portrayal of a flawed hero with anger issues also a few female hero's to actually be sorta abusive.
