The reason is simple - Wonderwoman is not only not invulnerable, she's vulnerable to everyday objects like knives, bullets, etc.
People seem to overlook this all the time, but the reality is that there's a reason she carries a shield and bracelets around.
DC has a ridiculous power crawl, so it's practically impossible to really compare heroes - the literal god of the Marvel universe would pale in comparison to some of the shit DC heroes do -, but the fact is that if you don't compare feats, but compare their respective places in status compared to the most powerful beings in their own universes, then Hulk is just about below guys like Thanos, Thor, and what have you, and Thor with the Odinforce was as close as you can get to being a god shy of being the actual god in the Marvel universe.

Diana is a demigod, meaning he's below full powered gods. So Hulk and Diana are on similar levels in terms of power. HOWEVER, Hulk has an INSANE regeneration factor, while Diana is susceptible to paper cuts.

I see you have an obsession with speed OP. Let me clear this up. WW can FLY. Her SPEED comes from her flying boots she got from Hermes. That means her speed only translates to FLYING, maybe walking, it doesn't translate to hand-to-hand combat speed.
That's the reason why she migth be able to compete with Flash in a sprint (not really, but she is at least not entirely hopeless), but if the Flash decides to do ANYTHING ELSE other than run in a straight line, Diana's fucked.
Which is also the reason why the Flash is ridiculously overpowered - he can break the laws of physics.

Reflexes are biological, has nothing to do with martial arts. She isn't the best martial artist on Earth, Bruce Wayne is. Bruce beat Diana w/o powers in a wrestling match.

Hulk would win strength wise, WW would win skill wise. I think It would end in a draw if they were just NPCs in a video game but when you take their personalities into account I have to give the win to Wonder Woman.

Wonder Woman. Ok listen I know all the feats of the hulk and I could go into super detail but eh lets simplify things haha.
Despite hulk having the power to increasingly get stronger the angrier he gets, he has to reach a level of rage to get with Wonder Woman. And while I think it could go that way.
I think the warrior, the fierce Amazonian warrior style Wonder Woman has will try to end things quickly and precisely with a lethal blow. like breaking his neck, or using the sword to cut his head off (never been done for as I know but they ay it can be lol).
plus she's beaten the big man himself, superman who can one shot the moon and almost everything else at max strength. And supes has beaten hulk so why can't she. lol

I this is normal hulk then Woman would probably win in a fairly tough fight after a while.. She has the strength, speed, and skill to best the hulk.. But if we are talkin about World War Hulk or World Breaker Hulk.. I don't know how she would fair, but he would probably win..
Hulk cannot physically be killed unless done by a weapon that can split atoms such as Corvus Glaives bladed weapon. His skin would absorb all of WW's attacks.
On the flip side, WW would be able to absorb all of Hulks brutality with her shield, armor and bracelets.
In the end neither of them have a means to defeat the other, both are equally powerful. This would have to be a draw in my eyes. They could fight for years and nobody would be able to harm the other seriously.
If hulk ever got ahead of her I think he would rip her apart. But if she is 1/2 light speed, I don't think he ever does. But I also don't think wonder woman can actually beat the hulk or break his skin injure him etc. Probably a draw or whoever runs out of stamina first and falls over.
Depends on the circumstances, but if we're talking arena fight, it's a close call but my money goes on the Hulk. Wonder Woman is an expert combatant with centuries of experience and a few magic items, but Hulk is an insane powerhouse capable of regenerating himself and can potentially be infinitely strong.
Definitely the Hulk. A lot of Wonder Woman's more impressive feats have been written out of canon or scaled back so that she doesn't over shadow the likes of Superman (most of the time); whereas Earth Breaker Hulk broke the Eastern Seaboard with a single step, that's Hulk taking 1 single step, not stomping, not trying to kick anyone, just walking forward, and causing an earthquake that almost sunk the entire Eastern Seaboard of the United States of America.
Doesn't the Hulk get stronger the more angry and beat up he gets. So while wonder woman would definitely stomp the crap out of him the stomping would in turn just make him angrier and stronger.
