Depends on what you classfiy as black. But geah some can. The black gene can do a lot. It's the dominate so I would say they are black. There blacks with blue eyes.
A lot of mixed race people in America are considered black. Even if they don't such. Because the one drop Rule. Hence a lot if people that aren't black are considered such by American apparel
I know of a mixed race person who looks Hispanic but is black/white mixed. He doesn't talk much about his classification so I don't know what he writes on the us Census bureau lol haha
