Based on the Underworld movies it would be a lot better to be a Lycan. (wearwolf that can change at will)

You can still eat human food, you're an imortal, you can be out in the sun, and you really don't gain any weaknesses only strengths. As a human if I had silver bullets or liquid silver shot in to me I'd die as well as a Lycan would. So it's really not a downgrade.

But as a vampire I have to drink blood or die, avoid the sunlight or I'd burst into flames, I can't touch holy water, and I'm sure my soul would be damned to Hell if I did die.

A Vampire, it means I don’t have to change my wardrobe overly much.

I've even got the walking stick / cane.

I get to carry a sword, dress in Black and nice red lining to jackets etc.

I would also have a ready food source based on just how bad someone has been.

which would make me a sort of social service removing vermin.

It kinda depends on what type of each creature...
by vampires, do you mean the classic can’t go out in the sun and allergic to garlic or like twilight where they sparkle in the sun and crumble into stone or just the typical story vampire where they’re just bloodthirsty?
and by werewolf, do you mean control over shifting or more of a remus lupin type of shifting?
However, I did vote werewolf because they just seem cool. I don’t think I want to be immortal and drink blood but I don’t like dogs or animas so... 😂

Vampire. They blend better with society, and feeds on them without them noticing. Either because their bite makes them forget anything happening before, they turn them in their personal adoring blood-bag, or plainly kills them.

Lycans are a bit too obnoxious to go unnoticed in today's society, who tends to notice every little difference and apply labels to everyone.

No! Neither… I mean, I am a very imaginative person but I have no desire to be any kind of fantasy creature like a werewolf or a vampire. I mean they both suck! If you’re a werewolf then once a month you wake up somewhere naked, and being a woman I have enough bullshit going on once a month anyway! I'd go with a folklore vampire which can walk in the sunlight, not the Hollywood type that burns in the sunlight. The book and show "A Discovery of Witches," which the show great but the books are better, shows the vampires more true to classic folklore form. Even the great Bela Lugosi Dracula didn't have fangs.

I would go with vampire because women generally consider vampires as sexier than werewolves and vampires are eternal. Plus I bear a striking resemblance to Bela Lugosi and can do a very good impersonation of his Transylvanian accent.
