Nope i hate the Re7 and Re8 due to the first person gameplay and been different to other Re games. Also wouldn't buy it yet anyway even if i wanted it, it will be so much cheaper soon no point paying 60 when i can pay 15 later.
The ending to the game was semi interesting only in the aspect of something they probably won't do but if did it would be great. Wesker's sister Vs Ethan's daughter.

I prefer the first person perspective but everyone’s different. I haven’t played re7 but im gonna buy the gold edition on Amazon for 25 bucks cause I never played it and I really liked re8

I prefer Outlast and other games in first person just not Re makes it feel wrong in so many way's. I just hope Silent Hill don't get that treatment but... with how successful it is for Re probably. Re7 Dlc as Chris ain't so bad, but yeah if you like Re8 will like Re7. Re7 was a tenner over here on xbox with everything so i thought i would at least try it but nope just a nope from me lol.

Yea I hear you. This was actually the first re game I played. Personally I think first person is better for horror games especially when your running from something like the tall lady in re8 just adds to the creepyness. Hearing her footsteps behind you and only seeing whats in front of you is scary as hell and fun as hell. Honestly if you like outlast you should give it a try eventually. I fell you on not paying 60 though

Ah that explains it. ya didn't grow up playing the Og games. Trust me if you went back and played the old ones with all there Retro goodness you may come to understand how beautiful Pre rendered backgrounds are and how scary a game can be in not 1st person. Like easier to buy Re 2 remake and see what i mean. But honestly Og ones for the win.
