Do you like the Yuri animes?

I love Yuri manga and recently I watched a Yuri based anime that I absolutely loved, I didn't know it would be as good as it was because I had only heard of it recently and I looked at some pictures of it and wasn't sure if it would be interesting, but after I started reading the description and watched the anime I LOVED IT, Inject that Yuri straight into me please!

I like Yaoi as well, but with that I have only enjoyed one manga and it was beautifully told, maybe I should include the title on here as well since we are on both subjects.

It's called Umibe No Etranger and is a very beautiful piece of work in my opinion, a Yaoi that just causes a mix of emotions throughout the story.

But that is the Yaoi part out the way, I have THOROUGHLY provided information on that HAHA! What I was supposed to be doing is talking about Yuri and asking how you feel, is it a type of storyline you can enjoy or can you not find interest in that type of plot?

Yuri is defined as intimate relationships between female characters, the exact same rule goes for Yaoi but just notice that any level of intimacy equates to it, such as just displaying they have feelings for the other or handholding or light kissing, it does not have to include overly sexual scenes, that isn't to say that some don't build up to a moment of one.

I find too many of them are either poorly animated or not that enjoyable.

Yes, soft Yuri of showing a clear love interest is best, I wouldn't be able to enjoy it if they just made it all sexual, they need to make it that subtle attraction and build up to a one time moment of finally falling in love and doing something together.

I haven't seen enough animes of them to be able to make a solid conclusion on that, but so far I know there are wholesome ones that revolve around showing a different type of love and the implications that come with it, I can see that like with all anime genres there will likely be a more sexual version on these types, but that is not the ones I go for :)

Some anime I like include a same sex relationship that is easy to see exists ever though it’s not directly mentioned, and I can try to forget about them and still love what I do love about it.
Yuri and Yaoi shove love in your face as strong as a different sex relationship in other anime and manga. Even if they’re not sexual at all, just seeing girls saying they love each other and passionately kiss feels like I’m watching the beginning of a yuri hentai slowly starting. Just the fact that isn’t a same sex relationship makes it feel like porn.

In return I would also like to give you a recommendation to a manga I know that includes a complicated story of Yuri but the characters end up in a bit of a... situation that makes her very disturbed with herself, but the art and story is just unbelievably great :)

It is called Ookami shounen wa kyou mo uso wo kasaneru

A reference to a image you are looking for is this kind of stuff and it is a black and white style manga, it's just the cover that is coloured.

By the way, I have reached episode 3 of Bloom into you and things are getting pretty lovely! I love the design and all I can say so far about the way the character gives off their attraction to the other is just at the right level that it isn't smothering :)

I can't wait to watch the rest, it is my half term holiday from college so I got all the time in the world to binge watch this wonderful stuff! ^__^

It never gets to a point of smothering in my opinion. The manga takes the story further than the anime so definitely follow it from there

... Well that was an emotional anime... I loved it but not lying, I think once it got to episode 8 and onwards I was getting teary eyes...

I realised that my life has been a lot like how the character Seiji Maki described his, saying how he prefers to be the one watching a relationship develop instead of being the one in it, but I also related to Yuu Koito with her complete difficulty in knowing how to process her feelings towards Nanami throughout the series and how it made her feel uncomfortable not knowing which type of person she is meant to be like.

I felt really sad for Nanami Touko throughout the whole thing... she had so many things going on that it was painful just watching how she tried to behave like it didn't bother her.

But the anime was so wonderful, A stars for such a wonderfully made storyline! <3
