Nope. 1. Because I was never someone to chase fame or get awestruck by someone's celebrity. Where I grew up people don't bother celebs in public unless going to an official event. Otherwise you pretend not to see/know who they are and give them their privacy. 2. The other 99.99% of guys trying to get with this woman talk about her fame so how would talking about it make you special? More likely it would remind her of all the desperate losers, stalkers, weirdos she's met before and make her think you might be another one. 3. I wouldn't be looking to get rich/get higher status out of being with her so it wouldn't be important to me anyhow. Unless she wants to bring it up.

She isn’t famous, but I just happened to notice that she was in movies. I’m friends with a few women who have come across her at modeling jobs in the past, who are also models

Guess it depends if you're trying to get into a relationship or not. If you are I wouldn't mention it till after building trust. If you're not it doesn't really matter.
