Don't look good tbh. I think the story was more connected and made more sense as it was working along side shady plots and society running still, from the trailer just looks like they get rid of that just for a rubbish everyone is outlaws.
The movie was deep. It depicts whats going on in the world today down to the t. The person who wrote definitely had something to say. Its w as sent just a movie but it was poetry from a genius.
@Kaneki05 no they're not it talks the new founding fathers and blah blah now it's about the border crisis and racist against immigrants and how people try to stop the purge or how the purge was created or a day of the purge this latest one was the worse one yet.
All the films mention something about the founding father's all the films have some message about racists, all the films are about the errors of capitalism and America in general and the mistreatment of people of color and poor people too. Literally modern day politics. There all very political centered stories, shocked you like any of them if that's what you say it's bad for. And all of them have been about stopping the purge quite clearly... haha

Obviously the purge don't exist. But poor people, racists and all the rest it talks about in the film. The whole franchise is based off Dystopia version of america and it's politics if your upset it has politics in it you shouldn't like any of it. Like i said, it's like complaining at a zombie film that's it has zombies in it.
Umm it's set in america and based off america and even has election day's and imagery of what America is like and the other plots are legit about how the Founding fathers created this program to reduce crime aka the purge but it's actually just about keeping the rich rich and the poor dead.
I don't get how you really don't understand the simple concept of this a story set in a dystopian america of course it will have politics from america in it as a inspiration.

In today's world there is poor people, the 1st purge was clearly about the poor class and the rich class. Therefore they've all been about current issue events. If you see that all as propaganda then most films in your eyes are as such. since most include real world problems.
