I don’t actively search for their music but I keep my ear to the ground whenever they put on any content but I would naturally pick Nicki before Cardi B because I enjoy Nicki more for her lyrical content more than cardi. Not saying Cardi is wack or anything, she’s still entertaining and good.


I enjoyed Nicki much more when she first started despite her antics from time to time. She hasn’t completely fell off or her skills declined just there are much more variety of artists today than before.

Nicki was compared to Trina and little kim when she first started to become mainstream with young money. Now Cardi B is being compare to Nicki. There's always a newbie who is being compared to an oldie. They just have similar style that's all. Remember when Britney spears was compared to Madonna?
