How do I publish poems officially without becoming an official poet?

I have interest in poetry. I have written about 35-40 poems. It is of all type. Food related, Music related, Nature related, Jolly ones, Savage ones, Sad ones, etc. Mostly it is sad ones. My parents have fixed my career and I don't have any rights to change it. I don't want my talent to be hidden forever. Only my school batch mates, few teachers and family know I can write poems. So can you tell how can I publish my poems officially without becoming a poet officially. I have started song-writing too now days but only lyrics no music. If you want a sample of my poem or songs then you can ask but please don't use it anywhere.

I don't know much of magazines but my school English teacher says me that I can email her my poems and she will post it in school magazine. So will this be a nice option?

Where to post? Which website What if they didn't gave me my credit? Suggest some trusted website to post where can read also I will be given my credit.

I know that. I just want to know how to publish it officially. But I don't want to become an official poet. I don't require any pen name. It is fine for my parents as long as I don't become officially a poet.
