It's one in a million to self-publish and one in a billion to get noticed by a traditional publisher, especially without an agent.
You should publish online. It's unlikely you can get a print publisher to take your book. Don't even consider the "vanity press" that will print your book at your cost.
Traditional publishing is harder, but it gives you a set amount from the publisher. It also helps with promotion.
Go with a literary agent, they’ll have access to resources and marketing you don’t. It’s pricier, but less work for you
Deciding between self-publishing and traditional publishing depends on your goals and resources. Traditional publishing often provides support with marketing and distribution, but it can be competitive and time-consuming. Self-publishing gives you creative control and faster publication but requires more self-promotion and personal investment. Consider your timeline, budget, and marketing comfort when making your choice. Good luck with your book! 📚✨
