I might have to go with the bat since I had a pet fruit bat as a boy. He fractured his wing and so I took him in. He was one of my favorite pets although I had to wake up in the middle of the night to feed him. Yet he would dangle upside down on my finger and eat fruits like mangos and bananas.

I chose bat. They fly, eat bugs, use echolocation, and they are kind of cute. When I was a kid, my best friend and I used to toss pebbles in the air to watch the bats come out and grab the pebbles in the air.
