Build a barn in my backyard, keep him/her warm as it gets pretty cold here. Probably grow peanut plants for my elephant friend, take him/her to carnivals and stuff, teach him/her tricks. Show my elephant to local schools so they can learn more about how cool elephants are. 🐘

I'd rent it out to people then hire someone to manage that process because I really wouldn't care about it that much. Only the money that it gives me. But ofc I'd have to pretend like I care on social media. It will be easy. You primates are easy to manipulate.

I wouldn’t want to ‘get rid of it’. There is a sanctuary not to far from me regardless. They have a lot of animals rescued and damaged from the black market and or circus abuse.

Back in the day a king would give his enemies white elephants as gifts so they would go broke. That's how the term white elephant came to describe something too burdensome or expensive to own. I would take the elephant to the park and let him eat the trees.
