I love reading. When I was a kid and had more time, I would read around 2,000 pages a month. Now I probably average closer to 1,000 pages a month between school and recreational reading.
I very much prefer to read on my Kindle e-reader. I would not like a Kindle Fire or other screen-type backlit or LED device, the whole reason I like the Kindle is because it is like reading a regular paper book, has no light and is not like reading off a screen at all. Plus, I can carry what would equate to about 200 lbs of books in a roughly 6 oz package.
I switched to e-readers pretty much as soon as Kindle came out. I've owned about 4 of them, which I replace when I accidentally break them somehow, usually during traveling. I've never looked back and rarely read regular physical books except things like textbooks when I cannot get a. pdf. I also like the reduced carbon footprint of a file vs. a physical book.
I know people who just LOVE "physical" book. They love "old book smell", they love to decorate their homes with shelves upon shelves of books. I get it. I like the aesthetic, it looks cool. I like the feel of a book, I love what it represents. I think all the different bindings and covers look beautiful. But it equates to unnecessary clutter to me. It's a lot of weight and space. So I prefer the Kindle.
I like to read both physical books and ebooks. There's nothing quite like reading an actual book they have that book smell and are real either softcover or hardcover. No amount of technology will ever do away with real books.
Ebooks are great for convenience they are easy and compact to take places. The ebook I have has a paper like screen and the screen adjusts to the sunlight depending on the environment your in. They also have a dictionary, you can highlight sections, bookmark and take notes.
An ebook is convenient as I am always on the go and don't have time to worry about it getting wet due to the inclement weather or my clumsiness. With the kindle I have, if I drop something on it, it can be saved due to the protective cover I have on it. I also realized that although I ADORE books and the new book smell. With the somewhat minimalistic lifestyle I have. Buying regular books creates too much clutter for me, which stresses me out. Not to mention moving a whole box full of books is heavy as hell!
I prefer physical books but I do indulge in both - I love reading & books to much to not take advantage of ebooks & audio books. Screen time - even though it might feel relaxing isn't, way to much stimuli for the brain still.

I suppose I should have picked C, since I don't read nearly as often as I used to. Unread books keep piling up. But I definitely like a real book. Something about having that book in my hand and turning the pages. Plus, they don't require batteries. :-)
I mostly read physical books, I love having them in my hand, smelling them, and turning the pages.
What I read most is fanfiction though, which is online.
E books. Just seems more efficient storage wise, notes wise. I haven't read a physical book in a while but I'd count it being a physical thing with pages to hold as a downside.
The sentient forces which I manipulate CAN capriciously affect electronic devices~
Tangible 'hard copies' ALWAYS... PLEASE!
I can only read an ebook for a few minutes before it hurts my eyes, even when I've adjusted the brightness of the screen
Nothing beats an actual book in your hand where you can turn the pages, rather than staring at a screen ☺️
In my opinion, nothing compares to a physical book. The smell of it, the look of it. The fact that you can make notes, fold pages etc is priceless. It's sad that future generations might never experience a physical book :(
I prefer physical books. But if there is no choice then I will go with wattpad only.
I hate myself for admitting I use ebooks more than real books, and I know the reason why that makes me a bad person but hey at least I'm honest lol
I still like physical books, for some reason I have a harder time staying focused with ebooks.
A physical book should be safer for one's eyes
I would think the ebooks read online could be a strain
on one's eyes.
I don't read often anymore. I used to read tons of books but I can't pay attention long enough to finish a thought, and I have to reread the page till it clicks. Its worse when its an ebook and not physical.
I prefer e-book, so I don’t have to carry a bunch when I travel or go places. I do like an actual real book at times.
I use ebooks now, because I read so much, I've always got books on me.
I only buy the physical copies for special editions etc, or when I'm getting it signed.
Physical book 100%. It’s a lot easier to flip back and forth between pages and it’s nice pulling a fav book off the shelf regularly to thumb through it.
Alexa, Read book while I settle into a nice warm sleep.
Both, Physical books when at home, Ebooks when travelling.
I like to read something before I sleep so physical books are better for me.
Physical books i HATE ebooks , i have total of books worth $2,500 so i spend a lot on them
Physical all the way. I just love to touch and smell the pages.
