i did rhythmic gymnastics when i was younger. i don't have much of an opinion on people who do it lol.

I think they're neat, but I prefer to watch contortion or dance over tumbling. I still enjoy gymnasts!

  Sprained my ankle and dislocated my shoulder at the same time.

  Ouch
  I did my wrist in last may, came of my mountain bike and pretty much landed on it.
  
  Took until Christmas to heal up, for a few months I could not even pick up a small cat

  It was mainly via Zoom or 1 to 1 sessions with the coach and stuff, as we’re not a large club it was fairly east to do :)
