I have heard many comments about how girls shouldn't have any muscles or strenght. Im 5'11, 170 pounds (mostly muscles) so i get those comment very often. Im not sure if they come just from some insecure men or if its normal thing that guys dont want their girlfriend to be bigger or maybe even stronger. Guys Can you imagine relationship like this? I don't like extremes in any body forms or practices.

I don't want to look extremely fat, thin or muscular. I think muscularity that is functional is what I want and is how I want to look. Being "musclebound," or heavily muscled, that has nothing to do with the work you perform, such as construction work, has to do with vanity, rather than functionality.

However, people often transform their bodies according to vanity, or just to "see" what they can do with it, as if it's a tool, or to compete with others.

It's the same addiction as people who get extensive plastic surgery, and has to do with extreme diets, supplements, testosterone additions, excessive weight-training hours and competing with others for a "look." The reasons behind this are mental compensation for something the person feels is missing in themselves.

Your body form should have to do with natural genetics, health and functionality, in my opinion. Otherwise, it's a form of obsession and body dysmorphia.

I think the root issue here is the perception of femininity.

In short, straight males think like this:

Now after update I saw the negative pink opinions and I would like to comment a few different things.

One, the nikki1989 faggoт janitor just hates men, literally wrote it that way in the past, don't listen to her bullshit. She attacks every male and female question about fitness, calls fit people disgusting.

That said, working out makes you look like a healthy woman. Not working out will never make a man feminine. It's more about bone structure. The angle of the femur going down from the hips cannot be changed, for example, your bone structure is what makes the hot "curvy" more than the estrogen's fat distribution does. If anything, being fit enhances the outstanding wide hip structure, which is the primary dimorphism for archaeologists to tell apart a male from female skeleton. Similarly the brow ridge and other cranial bones are not affected by exercise, will never make your face masculine. If anything, exercise will keep your skin looking young, and youth is somewhat adding to femininity.

Looking at other comments... Purely "steroid" bodies are a bit hard to tell apart from very fit naturals. Unless you use dangerously high amount. What's looking odd is when massive amounts of peptide growth factors like insulin are used, they create a chronic swelling. Or even HGH secretagogues are enough to create a very unaesthetic bloating. It's not fat, it's water weight. But it's disproportionate.

Also, correct me if I'm wrong. The first reason I started a conversation is to eventually ask if you experience body and face asymmetries or is it just the camera angle? In the photo above the left eye appears higher. But it could be an illusion just because the camera is so low and on the right.

I struggled with mysterious asymmetries for a few years then discovered an institute that knows all about it and helps millions of people with it. I encounter people like that frequently and try to help when I can. I think in general the ideal physique for survival is a versatile one for both men and women, like able to run fairly fast, leap, climb, swim, lift reasonably heavy, strong grip, trained primarily through compound motions. I think heavyweight powerlifters are super cool and would never want to mess with them but they seem a bit skewed in that, while they can resist the maximum amount of external resistance, they can have difficulty resisting their own heavy bodies (ex: difficulty with pull-ups or running very fast).

So my personal ideal has always been like a Tarzan of the jungle type of idea along with his female equivalent.

Even the mile-long warm-up jogs we had to do on the track team would wind me up harder than everyone else each time even though I did them every school day. I was the fastest on the team with a 100m dash PR under 10.5 secs, but the absolute worst distance runner of them all. I've tried to increase my endurance over the years but I don't think I'll ever be cut out for marathons.

For the body armor, do you have a former background in the military or law enforcement?

I think they look gorgeous, at least to a point. I'm not really into the bodybuilder level where they have no fat at all. But a figure like yours is gorgeous. It's not just about the look, though, it's about the attitude behind it. It might be an illusion and just lucky genetics, but to me when a person is fit it says they have some discipline, care about nutrition and exercise, and are more driven to improve themselves. Those sorts of things are part of my values, and more attractive to me than just the look alone.

I think the sexiest level of fit is like a shark or panther. She has a solid core of muscle, and a healthy amount of body fat.

Sure muscles are sexy but similar with men only to an extent... massive slow bodies which are needed for nothing other than posing and shows are unattractive and cringy for men and women. Also I'd say don't go over if your small as women or men mini hulks can be a bit silly sometimes. Slender muscular athlete upto a bit thicker (Chyna the wrestler/Serena Williams) are sexy.

I'm 6:3 and can get bulky naturally but avoid doing so as I'm not into a John Cena body.. I try harder on diet to be closer to a more Cristiano Ronaldo amount, fit, flexible and useful.

Tall strong women are beautiful and yes some guys I know do clearly feel a bit emasculated if they are next to a woman close to their height/build. One of my sisters is 5:10 and naturally strong and curvy and her husband is shorter than her... it does sometimes seem smaller women snap up taller men and taller women often get charmed by smaller men!

Yeah I think all this is usually psychological in some way. She loves him and they've been married quite a while and yes he felt insecure when he was younger so now is often a bit of loud mouth and thinks people are getting at him even if they are not.
She was charmed mainly by speech (not that he's bad looking but wasn't what she would of ever gone for normally) and has definitely ended up being huge emotional support for him where as she always wanted to be the one more loved cared and protected over.

In general, I prefer petite women who are slender or not more than a few pounds overweight. The muscles don't attract me, but. . . I have dated many girls who were not "my type" and enjoyed those relationships, so I'm not sure that any of this really means much.

I don't want to give you an opinion just based on one picture as I could be judging you unfairly due to a wrong pose, angle, etc. I'd have to see you in a bikini for example to see how you look like muscularly. If you have large, defined muscles, it's not for me. An example of the limit of what I find physically attractive would be Anna Nystrom if you want to Google her. She clearly works out and has muscular definition but she doesn't give off "female body builder" vibes. Any bigger than her I would find unattractive given that I'm 5'9" lean muscle myself. Being a gymrat I like muscular women, especially if they are physically strong, I am referring to the loads lifted in multi-joint exercises (bench press, squat, deadlift, chinup, ecc)

Obviously by muscular women I mean those who train without taking doping substances, hence with natural physiques.

muscular girls are the best in my opinion. My girlfriend is pretty ripped she's been training for the past 12 years and she developed some crazy muscles, basically looks like a female bodybuilder and I love every inch of her ripped body. so keep up the good work!
