What should I do to get a famous writter or producer from USA?

I know this is going to sound as if i m crazy.

I want to know the easiest way to get a famous writter from USA to write a bok about my family story. Also to find a producer who would be willing to turn the bok into a movie/serie. I' m not kidding. So do any of you know how i can succed?
