Is your voice actually squeaky like in your videos?
No lol that’s to hide my identity because I’m getting into conspiracy theories and don’t want the feds going after me

I used to run a fitness channel on YouTube almost a decade ago with videos of me talking and citing papers and so forth. I got on a motivated binge. My whole thing was pragmatic, psychological weight loss. No fads, no cutting out everything we love overnight, I didn't even tell people what they should and shouldn't eat, or how to train.
The whole channel was about iterating. Make your lifestyle a bit better tomorrow than today. If you drink a boatload of sodas, cut down, and work towards drinking zero-calorie drinks. Things like that.
I wasn't a bodybuilder or anything. My body wasn't even that good. I was a software engineer thriving on how to get and stay lean with the bare minimum of effort, and I wanted to try to get people to learn how to do the same.
My whole thing and actually I've noticed people copying me so much since then is that weight loss should require the bare minimum of willpower.
I used to take lots of videos of me in front of the iPad though, including some shirtless ones like so:

The shirtless ones I did mostly to demonstrate how to do certain motions in responses to comments. They'd ask me how to train lats or bis or something like that and I'd try to show how to see and feel our muscles flexing when we did it (that's why my left arm was grabbing my back -- I tried to show how to flex the lats) in the second pic.
Err, like so:
Squeeeeeeze the elbows into our ribcage! Then put your other arm near your armpit and that's the muscle you want to flex. Anyway, I deleted that channel. I only to to like 2k subscribers after 6 weeks of hard work putting out videos and I figured I'm no PT or nutritionist.
The main reason I got motivated though was watching The Biggest Loser. At first I was so motivated seeing people lose so much weight in such a short period of time only to be horrified that most of the consestants gained the weight back and more. Then I discovered behind the scenes that they borderline tortured the contestants forcing them to eat like 1200kcal day and water fasting towards their weight measurements to lose as much weight as possible for the television. So I tried to make a "no-torture, minimum willpower" weight loss channel.
I also recorded videos of me eating like 10 McD's cheeseburgers and saying it's no big deal. I'm not sure if that was responsible but I wanted to show people struggling with weight loss that we don't have to give up everything we love to get and stay slim. We just have to be on point 90% of the time, not 100% of the time:
At the time I was also on a motivated binge. I had a close Canadian friend who had struggled to lose weight for years. I'd catch him walking outside our neighborhood pouring in sweat for years but he never lost weight. So he asked me how I do it since we've been friends lost enough that he saw me go from chubby to skinny so quickly after marriage.
So I put on a weighted vest to match his weight. He was over 200lbs so I put on 50lbs weighted vest, and we did push-ups, we couldn't do pull-ups (either of us with my weighted vest on), so hang on the bar, go up and down stairs, eat together. He had a stronger appetite than me so I found what satisfied his hunger fast.
He went from over 250lbs to under 180 in just six months of us training together. And maybe I got an ego stroke from that thinking I could make some amateur fitness coach. That and the depression of learning about The Biggest Loser contestants after motivated me to make my short-lived channel.
When I was in university, a guy told me God does not want us to take the easy way out, like I can win friends by being funny but I only do it when the situation demands it cause I consider humour to be a form of manipulation that befuddles proper moral judgment.
What does that have to do with the question?
Yeah maybe! If I had more free time I’d deffo do some sort of gymnastics content and share what I know :)
No, I would not as I have stalkers, creeps and my rapist as well as a Mexican gangster all wanting to find me, so best that I stay hidden and keep my online profile low.
I only post stuff on YouTube without me in it, or people in general.
I wouldn’t have my face and name and last name on this page either in that case!
🫣
It is not my real name, but your right about face for months I did not have it and at one point just said screw this, one place and that's it. I'm not on any other social media anywhere.
Ain’t no way in hell. I don’t think anyone would even consider watching my videos. And what the hell am I going to make a video of anyway? I comment a LOT on YouTube though..
I’m sure you’d make great content if you just find something you’re passionate about!🥰❤️
but yeah… I get why you say no hahaha
@Blackcupcake aww, thank you! You’re absolutely the sweetest 🥰❤️
But no way hahah. I’m not really interested in making YouTube videos tbh. I’ll stick to commenting for now tho 😂
hahaha understandable…😂❤️
Suuuuure. :) Because I'm a 2D girl on paper... so whatcha gonna do, stick your meat onto paper of me?
WHATT!!
I swear some of y’all do be making any sense on here
If you want to be very technical, I already do. Check out Legacy Tease, my YouTube channel is called Yvridio Vaseilio. Part V will begin being produced next week
I made a YouTube channel before but I haven't posted anything in a long time. I haven't had the time these last 2 1/2 years. I never physically appeared in the videos myself though.
For business or to share adventures with friends. Sure. Just to have a channel to blabber, not my style personally.
Probably not. I'm not an expert on any topic or an attention whore.
My life isn't interesting enough for people to want to watch me. Maybe gaming or something like that, then maybe but otherwise I won't.
no, i feel like my commentary would be too dry, so it really wouldn't be the job for me lol.
I should my comments get a lot of likes I guess im kinda funny
Im too shy and i feel like everyone would judge me so i would never make a youtube video of myself.
Eventually yes. Once I figure out the type of content I'll be making.
I did but not anymore maybe one day again. Also I know you’re on YouTube I’d like to meet you in person because I find you cute :)
I don't think I have anything interesting to say or show what people would wanna watch
I’m way too shy, and wouldn’t have anything interesting to do or talk about.
Unlikely, I do enjoy my privacy. Though maybe audio podcast with a psuedonym
No, I wouldn't, don't have the looks to pull that off
I don't show my face on mine
nah… I’m a “private” person lol
You mean you're available in private?
@Sam_The_Savage Uh.. how about you stop being a fucking creep and fuck the hell off?
@Sam_The_Savage not for trash like you, no🥰
Thank god I'm saved... god is so kind. 😘 Cya
I did at 1 point but lost interest (supermosh1990)
