Man, my life is far from boring...

I'm learning gardening, enjoying a good job, learning to cook and eat cleaner, taking care of my cat, playing vidya, enjoying weed, playing DnD...

I do a lot. Life is as interesting as you make it.

Maybe the internet is the problem itself. It steals my time every single day.

The problem is not the internet, but how we decide to use it. In a depression I think a good way to use it would be for support on how to get out of it :)

1 you keep yourself busy which helps during a depression and 2 you actively look for an actual solution so you speed things up!

I'm self-employed primarily in the jewellery business

You are lucky that you work in a job you want

I built the job, started out on my self-employment journey when I was 8 and get into jewellery a few years later, I can remember back when I was buying only able to buy silver, I remember my first profit on gold was £1, I've made thousands now and admittedly lost hundreds before

I'm lucky in being self-employed when I was in the accident that caused my back problems
