I think my crazy side yearns for it somehow. It's just like my house cats but like 100-200 times bigger and heavier, no? And I think it doesn't really hurt that much at the moment if they bite you or claw you. Might get a hand falling off but it hurts later! Not in the moment. And after that, we can just take some painkillers.

I'm detecting a bit of sarcasm there. :-D I don't know, I never thought the point of living was to live as long as possible but to make it as exciting as possible.

I'm a formerly sponsored vert skater by the way. But I'm aging and I don't have the power as I did in my teens to do the biggest airs. I want to amp up the extremes but my body isn't so powerful anymore. So I have a romance with this stuff. It doesn't require that I be as fit as I am in my teens... the danger and adrenaline still persists.
