I Love and grew up on Bugs Bunny. He will always be one of my favorite cartoon character and I can still watch his cartoons even til this day at the age of 39. What I like about his classic cartoon shows are the excitements that your going to laugh every time and it's very entertaining.
I think one of the reasons that Bugs has been so popular over the decades is because the humor was on two levels. There was some for the kids and a higher level for the adults. That's probably why so many parents hated Barney the Dinosaur. There was no higher level humor for them.

"What's Opera, Doc?" is one of the greatest cartoons ever made. Looney Tunes (and its counterparts) in general is probably half the reason that the last four American generations know anything at all about classical music.
Chuck Jones was a master of animation and artwork. Bugs was always one step ahead of Elmer Fudd. The cartoons were really funny, not like the junk out there today.
Bugs was such a wise ass.
