Movie about a privledged white billionaire criminal who gets aroused prowling the streets of a city he basically owns beating the shit out of impoverished minorities that his family built their wealth on the backs of. He's a menace and belongs in jail.

You mean 2022's The Batman? I felt the writing was good, but everyone was miscast and I really didn't like it. Oh, and it was a blatant and unapologetic ripoff of Se7en.
