What does name Pendragon mean?

Like Max Pendragon I used in a game and I don't know what Pendragon means

Usually that's a reference to Arthur Pendragon, aka "King Arthur." As such, it's fairly commonly used in fantasy stories to identify someone who's supposed to be a mighty leader and/or warrior.

King Arthur is likely not an actual or specific person who existed, but actually a stand-in name for basically any Celt or Briton king who fought great battles roughly between the Roman withdrawal from modern England, and the Saxon conquest of Britain. The timespan of his alleged exploits make it pretty much impossible to have all been the same man, and there are very few surviving historical records from that time period, all of which have been heavily romanticized by poets and playwrights. This is relatively common in historical legends from the dark ages, as the existence of other recognizable rulers like King Harold of Norway are also debatable/more symbolic than anything.

It means "son of a/the dragon". It's the surname usually given to King Arthur, which is an odd choice, since it's English, and he (if he existed) would be British, the people who fought to keep the Anglo-Saxons (who'd become the English) OUT of the country.

More interestingly, "son of dragon" is also a possible translation for "Dracula" (although it's more commonly rendered "son of demon"), which could make Vlad Tepes and King Arthur cousins, which (temporal differences aside) could make for a great sitcom.
