What unpopular video games do you really like?

Doesn't matter how old or new the games are, what platform it's on, if the playerbase is thriving, small, dead, or never existed to begin with. Or if you play vanilla or with cheats, hacks, or mods. it just has to be unpopular do to either obscurity, or your taste in games being uncommon, or both.
