Do you like video games? If yes, which are your favourite ones?

Yes, but I don't really play them much anymore because unfortunately I think they are a waste of time. I look back and think how many hours, days, cumulative months I've spent playing video games and what better use of my time I could have had.
I like a variety of games, but my favorites are typically RPG/strategy. I enjoy open world character building. The Witcher 3 is probably the one I've wasted the most time playing. I love to tinker with a character and try to optimize all the bonuses. I recently saw there is a new game called Starfield released that looks like it would be exactly what I enjoy.
https://www.youtube.com/embed/kfYEiTdsyasI don't like competitive online games, there's always going to be heaps of players who make it their life, and are therefore loads better than me and just wipe the floor, which isn't fun for me. I actually don't like online much at all, I prefer to go at my own pace.
I also really liked Forza (racing). Just trying different cars and building a garage full, and the racing itself is fun. Some story decision games (Telltale Walking Dead) , card games (like Magic the Gathering), Morrowind, Fallout, Fable, Runescape, Guild Wars, Halo, and some fighting games like DOA, Street Fighter, Tekken.
I really don't enjoy playing them a lot. I get bored of games very fast nowadays. But for me it would probably be gun Raiders in the quest. Haven't played it in a year. But the lobbies remind me of black ops 2 days. They can be quite chaotic & I love it 🤣 I never talk, I just listen to people argue on there & insult eachother.
Like in this lobby when I was trolling them & kept killing myself over & over again so we'd only have like 1 point instead of hundreds 🤣

Then there's this driving game in the quest that I like:

Oh man, that's a hard question..
Among the games I've played so far, I think the video game with the best scenario is Spec Ops: The Line
The CO-OP games I enjoy the most while playing with my friends are Borderlands 2-3 and Ghost Recon: Wildlands
And the games I play to relax are Stardew Valley and XCOM 2
I'm sorry you play XCOM 2 to relax?
That game threatened to put me in a hospice for psychological mental trauma. It felt like actually trying to survive on a world dominated by hyper trained aliens. Odds are not in your favor. I mean I loved the combat and premise, but I've always kind of sucked at any tactics game harder than Fire Emblem.
@Saramad_Hill Look, I understand.. But after a few mods, weapon and armor upgrades, your team's hit chances become fairer. Even your B team gets pretty ower-powered towards the end of the game. After that, just sit back and relax.
You are so beautiful 10/10
I like videos games yes, GTA is the favourite of my brother we play it together

The original Super Mario Brothers and Mario Kart
Right now I'm playing cyberpunk 2077 and I also like a lot of games by Riot like TFT Valorant, Multiteam arena or aram, I used to play LoL but I don't play the main game anymore. There's also many other games I have on steam. But I have adhd and video games are one of my outlets for it.
I play whatever I'm in the mood for and that can change a lot. Sometimes I'm really into a game and then I just forget about it. I try to be structured and organized in my real life so I need to have some areas where I'm just free and unpredictable :)
My autism needs structure but I'm thinking about doing more for my adhd side because otherwise I kinda have a breakdown where I can't do things I'm "supposed" to do anymore because my adhd side has just had enough and can't take it anymore.
Super Mario Bros
Mega Man
Sonic the Hedgehog
Crash Bandicoot
Donkey Kong
I love games. I think they've shaped my life in a very specific direction, I've been playing them about since age 4.
I've played a bunch, but some long term favorites are Dark Souls, Morrowind, RuneScape, Zelda, Halo Wars 2.
But my absolute favorite series would have to go to Persona.
Yes.
JRPGs, is my favourite genre.
Favourite ones, Final Fantasy Bravely Default, Octopath Traveler, Pikmin, Kirby and the forgotten Lands, Autonauts, Fire Emblem, Dragon Quest, Project Warlock, Bioshock, Borderlands, Outer Worlds, Witcher, Dragon Age, Pokemon, Paladins, Shin Megami Tensai, Metroid, Metro,...
I’m more of a RPG and Racing Games kinda gal. I really like playing these series of games:
Cyberpunk, Assassin’s Creed, Far Cry, Watchdogs, The Division, Tomb Raider, Spider-Man, Grand Theft Auto, Forza Horizon, Formula 1, Need For Speed, The Crew, and many more.
I have played video games and loved them, because my ex was into it and I wanted us to have a shared interest. Was really into them at that point.
But being single, I am no longer interested in them.
Ask me again, when I am in a relationship 😂
I liked video games when I was in high school and might still like them now but my dad gave away my video game console when I stared university without asking my permission first. I got a D. S. later on and it was fun in the beginning but eventually I got bored. Later when I wanted a new game they told me they were only selling 3-D versions of D. S. and I don't like 3-D video games so that was the end of my video game career.
I do enjoy a lot of rpgs, sims, platformers, I’m not really a fun of competitive mmos or things that focus on guns as a primary weapon. I always like games that give me melee or swords or things like that. Some of my favorite titles include Paper Mario, Animal Crossing, Pokemon, Skyrim, Legend of Zelda, The Sims, Night in The Woods, and I’m currently making my way through Cult of the Lamb.
1. ARK Survival evolved
2. Minecraft
3. Beat Saber
4. COD WW2
5. Battlefront 1&2
6. War zone
7. Roblox (don’t judge 😭)
8. Geometry Dash (again don’t judge lol)
9. WOT
10. Terraria
Those are the ones that made my top ten list, but there are so many other good ones
been a long time since i was really invested in video games but the Grand Theft Auto series has definitely been my favorite over the years.
GTA 3 San Andreas is still my favorite of them all.
Spyro
I do. The most advanced system I have is a Nintendo 64 and I only have a few games for it.
I'd like to get an original Xbox though so I can play Halo.
My man! I also bought my XBOX simply for Halo and Halo 2.
@DryGermanGuy didn't Xbox 360 play both those and Halo 3?
According to Wikipedia, Halo 1 and 2 were published for the original XBOX, Halo 3, 4, etc. for the XBOX 360.

Not so nowadays. RTS and FPS were my meat and potatoes when I was younger.
Starcraft 2, Planetside 2, select Zelda titles, WoW, a few multiplayer games.
Too many wasted hours to distract from problems.
The new bulders gate 3 I think has taken the spot for my favourite game maybe dragon age 1 as a nostalgia pick or elden ring for a pad game
Oh yes. But I can't tell you my favorite games because I have too many. And I promise you won't wanna sit and read all of them 😂😂.
I collect them as a hobby hehe. favorite would be a game called Final Fantasy Tactics. most here probably wouldn't know that one. but it was amazing on the ps1 way back in 1998.
I also love the smash bros series a lot.
Yeah totally get round to it, I've played and finished SF1 & 2 on the mega drive countless times and have recently had a go at SF 3 on the Saturn and the 3d effect is pretty cool and really something on a game like that, though I do kinda miss the top down approach. There's also shining force cd (I think it was the mega cd the games console name escapes me). Also online people have spent time dubbing the Japanese ones in English and think there's a 4 and 5 (or at least two extra spin offs).
And you have shining darkness and shining wisdom too, they're interesting ones to play, gives a mix of phantasy Star/shining force crossover feel.
Not anymore, but wouldn’t mind having a go at Twisted Metal since I just watched the series.
Favorite online coop game I ever played was the original Ghost Recon on original Xbox.
Favorite single player and pvp games are the Dark Souls series.
I use to like video games a lot but I no longer play games.
If I have enough free time I would like to start playing again.
I like sports and tactical shooter games.
