Watching shows? I've been distro hopping, so I can come up with recommendations for the local public library on how to upgrade its workstations.
Not ready to pay for Elementary OS to sample it, but I tried out Manjaro with Plasma and Zorin OS. Mint with Cinnamon is the best overall combo I've found of distro with desktop interface, especially since it's a Windows 7 clone, which will be attractive to a lot of older library patrons.
Manjaro with Plasma out of the box is also a Windows clone, but can be rather easily turned into a Mac clone. Zorin... was just awful. I deleted it from Virtual Box.
My criteria for core distros are mostly based on ease of software installation and on customizability. If you just want a Windows lookalike, they all do well. Mint is best for a wide array of software installation.
And Manjaro with Plasma is best for customization. It's not perfect, as none of its panels imitate a Mac dock perfectly. But the ultimate challenge I place on each desktop environment is its ability to be a Mac clone. KDE Plasma is top of the line in any distro, but Manjaro can ship with Plasma right out of the box.
The other challenge is with size. Sumter County IT, which manages the local library's IT needs, likes to use very small machines with tiny hard drives without much disk space. This discourages patrons from storing personal files on machines.
However, all modern distros, with the exception of the absolutely awful TinyCore, require about 30 GB of storage to run out of the box. The current again, dying stations at the library run bare bones Windows 7 on 4GB hard drives. With never-validated copies of Office 2010, since they don't want to pay Microsoft for licensing. So... useless.
If they pony up, there are mini PCs for $400 a piece that are modern, would fit well with the library's needs, and come with Manjaro already installed. Just download LibreOffice for free, change a few settings in it, download the Office 2013 skin pack for LibreOffice, and voila! A totally free Microsoft Office clone! No more trial periods. No more fretting over activation fees or product keys!
Best part: Scribus allows you to make Microsoft Publisher -grade content. Also free from most repositories. Krita eliminates the need to pay an Adobe subscription to get Photoshop -like features, including layer color channel blending for making anaglyphs! I'm still trying to learn Inkscape. The UI is terrible, but it promises to be an adequate replacement for Adobe Illustrator regarding most functions.
Rythmbox eliminates the need to sign your privacy away to Apple, and functions as an iTunes clone.
I just about have enough material to generate a report for county IT for future planning. They could make their future workstations so awesome, patrons will feel empowered no matter what their age!
But they do need to not use wimpy 4GB hard drives. And they have to eventually part with Windows 7. The idea that they only need pay for the hardware, and labor for setup, and can get all these other benefits for free? I doubt they're ready for that. I did about 25% of their homework for them though.

If you liked Terminal List and Jack Ryan, you'll probably enjoy a show called 'Banshee'. It ran from 2013-2016 and is all on Hulu right now.
There's a horror show called 'From' which is very good on Epix which is waiting to start its' second season.
There's a western style show with cult undertones called 'That dirty black bag' on AMC+
On Amazon, there's a Sci-Fi show called 'The Expanse' that I think a lot of people would enjoy as well.
And, if you're up for it. 'The Boys' on Amazon has been really well done so far and is waiting on season 4.
Yeah i swen both inwas surprised at how good Terminal List is, I have a super long list of shows I can tell you to check out if you haven't but I know they all won't fit Here but three good shows I watched recently is

Also if you enjoyed Jack Ryan & Terminal list you check out the show Seal Team.
I've been watching season 2 of Star Trek Picard on Paramount+. IMHO, this season is better than season 1, though it builds on season 1's characters.
I just finished the 10th and last episode of Picard. Took me 4 days to watch all 10 episodes, and I watched the last episode twice... does that count as binge watching?
I'm listening to an audiobook right now, but plan on watching the last season of Peaky Blinders next week. Obi-Wan Kenobi and Reacher were probably the last good ones I saw. I totally binge watched and loved The Librarians, but that was a couple of months ago.
To be honest I'm out of things to watch ice watched everything I've wanted to at least once. But it's not helped by the fact that I have my TV on when I'm working as I need the background noise or its to quite.
That is a good idea thank you. I have to admit the new releases at the moment do little but disappoint for the most part of are just lacking. But I will check out IMDB, thank you.
This year I binged two seasons of the Goes Wrong Show after seeing their "Peter Pan Goes Wrong" performance on YouTube.
Also James Mays "Our Man in Italy" was a nice second season to the one from Japan.
I liked The Terminal List. I am watching Star Trek Discovery now.
I just bought and started watching "Mission: Impossible". I'm about 10 episodes into the first season. I estimate I'll still be watching this set until Halloween! After that, I'll get,, "I, Spy".
Recently I've been binge watching the Riverdale series also I have a question and need of answering can you please check out my profile and answer my latest question

I like Beth's conflict in herself. She's a powder keg but she's intensely loyal. She could be a millionaire but money isn't what drives her. She tougher than any of the cowboys. Her and Rip seem to be perfect for eachother. You get the feeling only Rip could ever handle her. Rip is the only guy She seems to trust/ respect enough to allow him to "handle her".
King of queens and mom
I havenât watched that much to be honest
